100th Year Anniversary
You’re invited to join us as we celebrate a remarkable milestone—the 100th Anniversary of the Church of the Nazarene in Lima!
Founded in 1926 at 300 W. Elm Street, our church has spent the past century growing in faith, serving our community, and sharing God’s love with generations of families. This special anniversary is an opportunity to look back with gratitude, celebrate the memories and people who have shaped our church, and look forward with excitement to all that God has in store for the years ahead.
Please RSVP to join us for a special 100th Anniversary Dinner on October 31st at 5:30pm in the Civic Center as we gather together to celebrate this incredible legacy.
Coat Giveaway Volunteer
Volunteers are needed for the Free Coat Giveaway through Neighborhood Relief Thrift Store. We will be distributing winter clothes & coats, hats, gloves, and shoes, as well as free meal and food bags.
Sign-up to help organize and set up coat donations on Wednesday, October 14th at 5:00pm, or to help distribute coats on Saturday, October 17th.
Saturday Meal Ministry
Join us on Saturdays to serve a meal to our neighbors in need. Mealtime will be from 10:30 to 11:30am, with the serve team arriving at 9:30 and leaving around 12:00 when everything has been cleaned up.
We are in need of a Set Up & Food Service Crew and Table Attendants - you will be able to see remaining open positions once inside the registration.

Youth Fall Retreat
Youth in Grades 6-12 are invited to attend the Northwest Ohio District Fall Retreat the weekend of November 6-8. Click on the image to read more details about the event.
The Fee for Camp is $145 per student if registered before October 12th. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact us.

Children’s Christmas Choir
We are so excited to have our kids perform a Christmas musical in our Sunday morning services on December 13th!
Rehearsals will take place every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm beginning November 4th. Dinner will be provided beforehand at 5:00.
Child Dedications
Child dedication is a public commitment as a parent to raise your child in faith, nurture their spiritual growth, and to receive the pledge of support from our church community to come alongside your family in this endeavor. Dedications differ from baptism, as they reflect the parents' intent rather than the child's personal faith. Overall, dedications signify our church's commitment to nurturing the next generation in faith and community support.
Child Dedications will take place on November 15th in both services (9:00 and 11:00am).
